Thousands of third-graders in Elkhart County will receive books through Toys for Tots this year, as volunteers kicked off the holiday program at Grand Design RV. The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve organized the event, with volunteers carrying collection boxes to be placed around the county for donations. The distribution for the program is scheduled for December 14 and 15.
