Corey Widmer found himself stranded in the middle of rush hour traffic when his car stalled. A man holding a cardboard sign asking for money noticed Widmer’s predicament and offered to help. The man directed traffic to create space for Widmer to push his car to safety. Shortly after, a group of Spanish-speaking men stopped to jumpstart Widmer’s car, demonstrating kindness and generosity. Widmer was deeply touched by these strangers’ willingness to help and hopes to pay it forward by helping others in need.
