
The Galien River County Park in New Buffalo has reopened to the public following repairs and cleanup efforts after a storm on Aug. 27 knocked down trees. The park, including the marsh boardwalk, is now accessible to visitors. Jill Adams, director of the Berrien County Parks Department, announced the reopening of the park, which had been closed for repairs.
