HEY SUNNY VIP CLUB MEMBER!
You might notice a new look to your Sunny VIP dashboard. Here are the changes you need to know about…
1. Where to earn points: Click the INTERACT button on the top right hand corner to Rate Songs, Enter Keywords, and Take Surveys.
2. Song Ratings: These were done with a simple 1 through 5 rating. Now, you will rate songs with a 1 through 5 followed by an L (less) or M (more). For example if you hear a song you like, but feel you hear it too often, rate it 4L. If you love a song and want to hear it more often, rate it 5M. If you don’t like a song and we play it too much, rate it 2L.
3. Your Points:
The points have been revamped into a new structure. So when you earned all of your points through surveys, ratings, keywords, signing up…your points have been converted to the new point system of those things. For instance, signing up used to be 500 points but are now 100 points. That’s been converted. If we gave out 500 points for a survey and now surveys are only worth 25 points, then they are converting that 500 points down to 25 per survey. Say you took 4 of those 500 points earned surveys for a total of 2,000 points. That has been converted into the new 25 points per survey system, so now you have 100 points instead. Also, if you spent any points on prize pools, they also gave you back those points. That’s how there might be confusion and differences in someone’s points compared to yours. How you earned points were all converted the same, but if you spent more points than someone else, then you gained a little more points back than that person. For example. You had 10,000 total points and you entered in 20x for several different 25pt entries for concert ticket prize pools for a total of 480 points spent. Someone else had more total points than you at 10,500 points. But they only entered in a couple of times to win something for a total of 50 points spent. Spent points didnt convert different, those stayed the same equal amount in the switch. With the earned points converting to the smaller point system, you now have, lets say, 1,000pts for example and your friend has 1,200. His 50 points add up to 1,250 and your 480 points add up to 1,480. So now you have more than the other person because, simply what you had spent in prize pools or auctions in the past.
