Fort Bend County veterans and local heroes are being honored with a display of 2,000 American flags at the “Field of Honor” in Sugar Land. Organized by the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, the display honors veterans, first responders, and community heroes. The flags represent the sacrifices made for freedom and aim to inspire pride in the country and respect for those who serve. The display includes a ceremony for first responders and local heroes leading up to Veterans Day on Monday. The flags, sponsored by companies and individuals, will benefit local charities supported by the Exchange Club of Sugar Land.
