A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the $11 million Cherry Creek housing project in Goshen, Indiana, which aims to address the area’s housing shortage. The development will include a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and apartments, as well as commercial space. The project, spanning 170 acres, will also feature amenities such as a park, walking and biking trails, and a childcare center. Construction is set to begin in the spring, with completion expected over the next 10 to 12 years.
