After a long journey of surgeries and hospital stays, 16-year-old Path Appleton is finally returning home to Berrien County, Michigan. Path, a key member of the Saint Joseph Girls Rugby Team, has been supported by her teammates and community throughout her recovery from a life-threatening brain condition.
