Residents at Waltonwood Lake Boone, a senior living community, have come together to create over 60 “KINDness Dolls” for children at WakeMed Children’s Hospital. Led by Christina Ryerson, the project aims to bring joy and comfort to young patients during medical procedures. The dolls, made with diverse fabrics and a special logo, help children understand treatments and build trust with medical staff. This heartwarming initiative showcases the power of community and the impact of small acts of kindness in making a difference in the lives of others.
