Jack Black canceled the rest of the Tenacious D tour in Australia yesterday after bandmate Kyle Gass made a comment about the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump on Sunday in Sydney.
The band was performing when they gave Gass a cake for his birthday on stage… he said his wish while blowing out the candles saying “Don’t miss Trump next time.” Black says that “all future creative plans are on hold” for the band, and Gass was dropped by his talent agency yesterday as well.
Black and Gass have been performing together since 1994.

Ryan Reynolds Used His Salary to Pay Deadpool Writers. Ahead of the release of the newest Deadpool movie, Ryan Reynolds recalled how he used his salary to pay his writers when they filmed the first “Deadpool” movie in 2016. Reynolds also revealed he didn’t think “Deadpool” would be a hit. His sacrifice was clearly worth it… as you consider the hype for its upcoming spin-off “Deadpool and Wolverine.”

The Russo Brothers, who directed multiple “Avengers” movies, might be coming back to direct more “Avengers” movies. The directors had previously stepped away from the Marvel Cinematic Universe after they closed out the “Infinity Saga” with “Avengers: Endgame.” That didn’t come as a huge surprise considering how much work those massive movies took. Rumor has it that talks for the brothers to direct new “Avengers” movies are still in early days. And Marvel hasn’t publicly commented on the news.

Joe Jonas announced a solo album titled, “Music For People Who Believe in Love.” It’s set to drop on October 18th. ” and he calls the album a celebration of gratitude, hope, and love. He said the songs reflect on his life from a bird’s-eye view acknowledging the many blessings around him,”  The single, “Work It Out,” drops this Friday.
