A single dad in Langford was overwhelmed by a stranger’s act of kindness when she paid for his grocery bill of $55 at a Save-On-Foods store. The dad, Randall Alexander, was $20 over budget and was touched by the unexpected gesture. Despite not being able to thank the woman properly, Alexander hopes to ‘pay it forward’ by helping others in the community. He is considering starting a gardening business and reaching out to the RV community in Langford to offer assistance, inspired by the stranger’s generosity.
